Getting Ready Fun

Some of my favorite times are the times I spend getting the classroom ready in the summer! I love gathering things, finding books, creating new units, developing new strategies, and reading about the latest research. I also love wondering around my classroom and dreaming of what we will do with our space. What will it look like, what will we need, what will we do different? I spend the summer not just thinking about decorating, but trying todream up new ways to challenge,inspire, and motivate my class of students, what about you?
